Return and refund policy

At Village Hardware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
